After three long years, pain has never faded. However, all the doubts and fears stopped mainly because I had learned my lesson. Never to fight a war that I'll never win. But this does not indicate that I withdrew. I will sit back, and wait for the day when retaliation comes. Perhaps just like how the saying goes, ignorance is bliss. I will take whatever life throws in. For the worst came, and I am immune to the unjustly side of life.
