AF and friends never stop try something new. Today that is Friday; we (me, lau, wei) come out with a NEW DUMB idea, yes! We are going to learn basic freeze breaking move from two of our friend from kl that can do quite a good breaking move.. Guess what, we just learn it at our training place trough mms that he send not by him instructing beside us hehe sounds crazy le...so this is how it works, he do a move capture it and then send to us then we learn it.

Not bad for my first attempt to do it as everything start from levelxero like Benny a.k.a Ben the main owner of this blog said. We just have to keep doing it , practice it to make it better (increasing the level lols) and thats how life goes. Those who have interest in doing break dance can start learning by visiting www.youtube.com and buy some dics at VCD shop that will teach you the basic move. A little advice here: Break dance can be join by anyone including fat or thin, boy or girl and also the skill is important not the strength and muscle hehe..
